As soon as the $100 booking/diagnostic payment is completed online. The booking page only offers times when our mechanic and bay are free for your job, so there is no waiting for approval.
How does pricing work?
Every appointment is confirmed with a $100 booking/diagnostic payment, which is not credited toward repairs. Repair labor is $100 per hour for every kind of repair, with no specialty rate and no minimum labor charge. Repairs are quote-first: you receive an itemized estimate (labor hours, parts and any required fees) and approve it before any repair begins.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, online until 1 hour before your appointment. The booking payment is not refunded when you cancel, except where required by law or payment-processor rules, or if the shop cancels.
Do you work on hybrids, EVs and diesels?
We service hybrid, electric and light-duty diesel vehicles. For high-voltage work we confirm before scheduling that the specific repair can be done safely and properly.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. The website, customer portal and messages are available in English and Spanish.
